Foster City Sister City Association
The Foster City Sister City Association (FCSCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering cultural exchange and understanding between Foster City, California, and its sister city, Inagi, Japan. Established in 2021 to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the incorporation of both cities, FCSCA promotes friendship and collaboration through various programs and events, such as delegation visits, student exchanges, and cultural festivals. We believe that by building strong relationships with our international counterparts, we can create a more connected and harmonious world.
